Wooohoooo :) Ive finally submitted the first paper from my master thesis, its taken forever but today was the happy day :) I sent it to the Australian journal Wildlife Research and hopefully they will accept it. Im so excited and hopefully the second paper wont take as much time.

My life keeps changing for the good, I got an internship at an investigative news program called Kompás on TV channel 2. So far so good, lots of interesting people and interesting projects and I think i will learn alot, things that will come in handy when I do my own documentaries :)

Last night the entertainment group at school organized a surprise show at the movies. We knew it was a premiere of a new film and all thougth it might be Flags of our fathers or James Bond, but it turned out to be "Little Miss Sunshine". This film is such an amazing piece of work, and has now earned a seat in my top 10 favourite films ive ever seen. You guys HAVE to see it :)

Helga bought a new PINK Playstation 2 yesterday and now we are loosing ourselves in the world of computer games woooohooooo :) The Finding Nemo game turned out to be quite a challenge for us and chasing Dory through endless hoops of airbubbles left us exhausted, haha BUBBLES BUBBLES....

We are having a Singstar party tonight and are lucky since our neighbours upstairs have moved out so we wont disturb anyone... hahah PARTY :)

'Only 50 years left' for sea fish

In short: There will be virtually nothing left to fish from the seas by the middle of the century if current trends continue, according to a major scientific study.

This is the result of a broad 4 year study, yet the Icelandic Minister of Fisheries, Einar K. Guðfinnsson and the Director General of the Marine Research Institute Jóhann Sigurjónsson dare to question this and miss the main point "IF CURRENT TRENDS CONTINUE". They doubt this study and call it a judgements day forecast. They are convinced that people of the world should be thankful to us for hunting whales that would otherwise eat the fish and therefore maintaining the biodiversity. This is such bullshit and instead of embracing this knowledge and make plans to do something about it, they get all defencive like this is somekind of a personal attack. Yet again I feel ashamed of my government.
