Since waiting in Iceland is better than waiting in the UK money wise I got my old job back at the university lab. So im back to the CSI mode without the drama and murders... its all about finding out which drugs people have been using and it involves aLOT of pipetting and stuff, which is killing my back... So ive started swimming to ease my pain and try to get back in shape. Found out that my bikini is very bad for swimming so I bought a nice swimsuit, very nice and it stays on ;)
At the moment I find myself very lost and without a direction to go, the waiting game is literally killing me. The beeb (english slang for BBC) still havent given me the dates but said they would contact me soon... how soon is soon?
But im happy to be saving some money and being around the lovely people at the lab, its like a nice big family :)

Yesterday was my last day with Freyja, Ive been assisting her for the past month and loved every minute of it. She is such an amazing girl and has the world at her feet :)

Very eventful week... my dearest grandfather Jón died last Friday after a battle with cancer. He has been critically sick for the last 4 months and in that time I spent a lot of time with him and got to know him better. In a way I am glad we had that time with him even though it was hard to watch him getting sicker every day. He was an amazing man and he gave me good nature loving genes that make me who I am. I miss him so much and will remember him always.
Today was another big event, one of my closest friends Steinunn had her baby, its a little girl and I cant wait to see them.
The circle of life and death is never ending...

... no news from BBC... im going nuts...
