Finally I am in Melbourne after a very very long train journey from Perth (2 1/2 days). It is very cold here, only around 20 `C and that is a big change from last month. On my way from Perth the temperature went up to 46 `C and I think that must be the hottest I have ever experienced. I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a very happy year.
